The GS-09H Dwadge Custom was the successor to the GS-08B Dom Test Type. It was a last resort attempt to increase the amount of MS in the German Army to counter the ever-growing amount of GM units.

Two units were first rolled out during the Battle of the Bulge. Unfortunately, both machines were destroyed by UX-78-01N Gundam Local Types.
A platoon of these units were seen during the Battle of Halbe. Most of the Dwadge Custom units in the German Army were either disabled or destroyed by the end of 1945.
